Noninvasive. Holistic. Centering.
Craniosacral therapy is a healing modality that has long been employed in various forms by all kinds of wellness professionals. Biodynamic craniosacral therapy, practiced by Alyce and many other therapists worldwide, is a refined and specific type of CST. This unique treatment works with the subtle forces of life that are made known in movement of the body’s fluids, and allows healing to unfold as the body moves from a tense, fight-or-flight state to a state of relaxed wholeness.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is focused on guiding a client to listen to their body, allow it to rest and repair, and participate in the release of tension that they hold. The therapist is there to facilitate the process and hold space. There is no pressure, manipulation, or force involved - just gentle listening through the hands and touch.

Craniosacral therapy is well established
The roots of this field extend back into the 19th century. The origins of osteopathy as a whole were in the late 1800s with physician Andrew Taylor Still, and the field was expanded in the early 20th century by William Sutherland who explored further the concepts of cranial osteopathy. Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is a refinement of the methods and concepts that came from these and other pioneering figures.
