The Chakra system originated from Indian healing philosophy and though ancient, it’s now more widely recognised and completely modern. This is a system of interconnected energy gateways, that interact with your physical, emotional, mental and psychological well-being.
So your Chakras play a part in your overall health and well-being. I use the Chakra system as a tool to understanding better an individual’s development. Each Chakra has particular characteristics, to be explored and these can relate directly to particular childhood developmental patterns, traumas and abuses, and then this offers a process on how to heal, restore and maintain balance. The way I assist you is a mesh between Eastern Philosophy and Western Philosophy a merge that helps you heal, maintain wellness and really restores your energy system. Modern living has become busy, our lives have become more stressful. The lack in good nutrition, addictions, and negative thinking. These things can deplete and block the vital flow of energy we need to feel a good sense of well-being. When you live life outward focused, this causes a disconnection from our spirit or energy self, and can eventually lead to health issues in the physical body. Getting reconnected to your energy, and the bigger energy at large will have you squarely plugged back in to the grid - sounds easy right? Well it’s a balance of understanding how you’re energy is working for you, what belief patterns you have been carrying around and addressing these on various levels. Working with the elements can create the alchemy to re-balance your mind-set and energy field.

If you want to drive on the beach or go off road, it does pay to have a four wheel drive right ? The same sort of situation applies to your own life. Understand the terrain and then know what vehicle to travel in. A vehicle is like a body, I knows this to be true because when I'm having vehicle troubles, I'm normally a little out of wack also. I then have a good listen to my own body, to see whats up, I look at restoring both, sometimes it’s just a matter of bringing everything back into awareness, that creates the re-balance and well the mechanic normally works on the rest. Listening to your body wisdom is so important, did you know most indigenous people actually know this innately.
I’m living an interesting life. I’ve had plenty of challenges, I’ve met some incredible people and by that I mean really kind, inspirational and heart centered people. Being a curious type, I’m always interested in what inspires people to live the life they are living, what challenges have they faced on the way, and what have they given themselves to in other words what’s their life about. The answers are similar. They were guided, they listened to their inner guidance or inner energy that led the way. I’ve lived my life this way, which is why I’ve encountered those interesting people I’ve met. Starting to see the picture, Isn’t it fun! So how does one do it, and what does it take. The first thing that comes to mind in being guided, is not following the herd. I have a friend who follows the herd. When her friends do something so normally does she, this makes it acceptable. Nothing wrong with it, but this is the opposite of being guided. The inner warrior has to be fierce because you are going to be told by everyone family, partners and friends oh you just need to do this or do that. Why don’t you just set up your own marketing business, a friend kept suggesting to me, when I was suffering from adrenal fatigue really badly, having just run my own media contracting business for 10 years, whilst being a single Mum. My friend thought she was being helpful I’m sure. The inner warrior knew immediately that this wasn’t for me, because I could feel it right there in the gut. So the gut or Solar Plexus relates to power being able to stand in your power and if need be say no to people, when they try and fit things on you. Don’t take any of it personally, people love to give advice. It’s a social norm. It’s also imperative that you have an open mind, and to not know how anything is going to work out. I recently was going to buy a bed off a friend, it was only 5 months old, still had a warranty and she was going to give it to me for like half price $2,500. As the negotiations went on I started feeling very uneasy with it all. It seemed like a good deal but my body didn’t want to do it, I actually didn’t know why. I told her to move on sell it to someone else, felt incredible relief and then did some research online and brought a fantastic bed that had just been heavily marked down to $999. The inner warrior didn’t actually like the first deal so cut through all the ins and outs and just brought the best deal. The bed is heaven by the way. It helps to let the inner warrior know what your true values and passions are so everything can be aligned. So even very challenging experiences will have silver linings. May you always be guided by your inner self which actually is connected to the bigger self at large. Oh and on that something most important. Be yourself. Life is a balance of holding on and letting go. Most of us experience emotions everyday, a lot of the time not fully though, we've learnt to suppress them. When we suppress our emotions, we are using our vital energy to do it, and whats so scary about them ?, they are just emotions, natural right ?. Children will show you, in such a sweet way, how these can be experienced fully and then how quickly you can move on from them.
If we give ourselves time, just to sit with ourselves and feel our emotional bodies you can experience where you are holding on and can just let go. Yes that may mean allowing yourself to cry. Its just like running through a rain shower, a great way to experience yourself and get to know you. At first, when we give our emotions the chance to be felt, they may seem shy, or not even there. Having not been given the attention they deserve, this is the opportunity to welcome them all. You'll see the benefits of allowing your emotional body to release itself in a healthy way. I've noticed people welcoming incredible changes in their lives by allowing the letting in and then the letting go. |
